At Rcube Solution, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to return your photocopier machine. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

Conditions for Full Refund:

Non-delivery: If you do not receive your photocopier machine within the specified timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA): If your photocopier machine arrives damaged due to shipping, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon the return of the damaged machine.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a photocopier machine that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct machine to be shipped to you and the incorrect machine to be returned at our expense. A full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
Conditions for Partial Refund:

Return Within 2 Days: If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the photocopier machine within 1-2 days of delivery, we will be happy to offer a partial refund. A restocking fee of [Percentage]% will be applied to cover the cost of processing the return. The machine must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Not Eligible for Refunds:
